Default j32 to 94 acura integra

Ok so i want to do a motor swap in my 94 integra. it has the b18b1 in it now and im wanting to do a j32 not sure which because i dont know the difference. but i do want a v6 in the teggy and preferably vtec if at all possible. The main reason for me posting this is i want to know how hard it would be to fit this motor in this car and which car would i find this specific motor in, what all would have to be made or bought and would the motor and trans both go right in and not have to have axles made. i think that pretty much covers all of my questions.

Search google and here there is a lot of info about J swaps out there granted most applies to civic's but the EG chassis is basically the same so you can extrapolate from there and figure it out if your intelligent. If you cant figure it out best bet is to pay someone who knows how to do it right. People are not going to spoon feed you nor should they. As a bit of good faith though if you had a specific question you are more likely to get a response rather than a broad tell me about this question. As in if you were to ask I am about to J swap my integra and I intend on drag racing it, is there a specific transmission that holds up better that I should look for? That is a more specific question. Also check wikipedia for some general information on the J to get you started.

Not sure what the ratios are for the auto trans but I would guess that an auto trans out of an accord with a J35 08+ would work well. Maybe call honda and see if someone can tell you the ratios in the transmissions.
