I need to purchase a new coil for my 91 LX. Besides the OE TEC brand, what are other good choices for manufacturers? Anyone have good luck with particular makers for ignition parts? Thanks.

 

Look into an Accel OEM replacement. They're good coils.

Any junkyards near you? (same coil used on ALOT of honda models,and usually only few bucks-I keep a couple of spares from old parts dizzyz ,although they rarely go bad-most often the igniter unit) If new is a must,check ebay,or dealer if wanting to pay that price!

 

If you want your wires and such to remain stock and unmodified, then you need to go with a stock coil.
