did you use the parts included in the JRSC kit, did you relocate the map sensor? what are you tuning with? did you install bigger injectors without tuning? did you check for vacuum leaks? did you use honda bond or actual gaskets where all the sealing surfaces are?
i used all the parts from the jrsc kit, it didnt tell me to move the map sensor, i used the stock injectors and it is a sotck jrsc kit, i check for all vacuum leaks, and i used actual gaskets with the kit.

how did you check for vac leaks? best way is to spray carb cleaner or brake clean around the sealing surfaces, a 5.5k rpm idle is typically a massive vac leak, typically where the holes are in the manifold to bolt the supercharger up, did you remember to put those caps back in?
i didnt spray carb cleaner yet but i will in a bit and yes i did but ill check those plugs also...

sounds like the IACV. I had the same problem after my JRSC install.
there is a way to measure the voltage on the IACV with it off, I determined mine was bad after tapping the IACV with a wrench. Car would return from erratic idle to normal idle after a few taps. The theory being the diaphram inside the IACV was sticking and not being able to get to normal idle. They have them all over ebay with 14-60 day return so you can buy and see if its the problem or not, then send back if that wasnt it. But it sounds like it. Also look at your FATV (fast acting thermo valve?) if your car has one. Should be under the throttle body. Hope that helps!

first time i hooked mine up, i had the valve cover vent hooked to the vacuum side of the S tube, and it was sucking oil vapor out of the engine and into the supercharger and would just blow smoke like crazy
I had a white smoke issue with my car too. It was the PCV that was dumping into the SC (inlet under car just past the T/B on the supercharger). I blocked the hose going into the charger with a bolt, the smoke stopped. How do you have your PCV hooked up?
i have a mini filter on the valve cover nipple for that and i have the pcv hose connected to the gooseneck tube nipple like the instructions say to do...
ty for the responses and im going to look at all the hoses some more and see if i have missed anything again
ty again guys :D

^yeah just disconnect the PCV hose from the S tube. Plug that port. route the pcv line to a catch can setup....
For the white smoke, as spawn said, make sure no coolant/vacuum hoses got switched...

ya i pluged the pcv hose with a bolt and the nipple on the gooseneck tube with a plug and im still getting white smoke after it warms up....im going to let it cool down and ill start checking everything underneath....

i would also look at your intake manifold to head gasket where the coolant port is that
it is is sealing
white smoke is normaly coolant being burnt

ok it seems i have the smoke issue taken care of and the cels are all cleared but now im getting a weird smoke coming from the exhaust manifold... could it be unbult fuel because i havent timed the engine yet??
