Default 99 Accord LX 4cyl, auto, first gear sticking when engine cold

I have a 99 Accord 4cyl automatic with 231K miles on it. I noticed in the past few weeks that when after starting my car putting it in drive and taking off, it tends to hang in first gear for a few seconds until it finally shifts to second. This only happens when the engine is cold. Once things warm up everything is smooth and all gear shifts are as normal. I just had the transmission fluid changed about 5K miles ago and it's from the same mechanic shop I have gone since the life of the car.

Wonder if anyone else has this? Is this the first(the irony hehe) sign that my transmission might be starting to go out?

Thanks in advice for any advice.
