I know of a pair in Austin, from a 91 civic si, may be a 90. I can check and see if they are available this week. I do not think they have headrest though.

FYI the seat bolt pattern changed on CRXs. I know 88 is different than 90-91. I can't remember which side of the cutoff 89 is.
