-averages about 30 mpg (more on road trips)

-Timing belt, water pump, all seals done 10k/ 1 year ago with all Honda OEM parts
-OEM head gasket and ARP head studs installed a year ago
-all maintanance performed (oil changes, trans flushes etc, on time)
-new cermanic brakes just installed (lifetime warranty)
-3M tint with lifetime warranty (not too dark)
-AC Blows cold
-power everything
-sun roof'
-aftermarket speakers and stereo
-Viper Alarm system with keyless entry

I performed every major maintatnce item on this car and it is capable of running for another 5 years or 60,000 miles with just oil changes.
I tested compression and it read a health 180psi across all cylinders.

The ONLY reason I am selling this car is because I commute through traffic now and want an automatic car rather than manual.
If not I would keep this car because I have put way more into money and work into it than I will get for it.
