Default Will this oem exedy clutch work for 8psi?

I put a oem exedy clutch on my b16 before I put it in the car with no intentions to run boost. But now I'm in the middle of boosting my b16 del sol and has this brand new oem clutch in it with only maybe 1k miles. Will this last for boost? I really don't want to have to buy another clutch

I could write a book with the amount of information you DIDN'T provide... So I am going to say your clutch will hold up perfectly fine until it starts slipping.

Or, simply the next sizing up like the 08950B Exedy.. Why make this so difficult?

I don't know.
Read the clutch specs. They tell you how much torque it can hold. Simple I would think.

Not really, that requires reading and comprehension... maybe even a little work (I know, now I said it...) on the OP's end.

Stay away from pucked clutches for street cars. I've got a competition clutch kevlar full face disc that held 350wtq (550whp). It feels like the stock pedal pressure and engagement is almost like stock, unlike the pucked clutches that require skill/time to not chatter on 1st gear engagement. A random person can drive my car without stalling it on their first attempt. Not so with pucked clutch.

I've never used a 08950B Exedy but all the 6 puck ACTs I had sucked. Only good thing about them was they held up to 7200rpm drag launches on slicks which I wouldn't try with my kevlar disc.

i disagree. i have a competition stage 5 on my car, and it engages like stock. you have to be a complete nitwit to stall my car.

Amen... you will find that most people just can't drive for crap. Everybody thinks they are a race car driver though. Such is life. Also, if that is the case - who honestly wants other people to be abke to drive their vehicle?
