Default Suspension Protection Advice

Hey H-T'ers,

I am going to be lowering my sedan on Tokico Illuminas w/ Eibach springs but they don't go as low as I would like. I have been told that they are only good for a 1.5-2 inch drop. Is there something I can do to get a bit lower than that without damaging the suspension. Top hats will be installed but I want to know if there is anything else I can do to make sure i don't damage my suspension. I would like to have a low stance (not slammed) while protecting my suspension as much as possible.

I appreciate the help.

I am curious if there are any other options aside from that. I feel as though I have found a good set up but want to get a bit lower (.5-1" more).

What about roll center adjusters? Does that actually lower the car or is it just dropping the lower control arm to balance the car?

only option at that point would be to cut the springs.

I believe that will stress the struts.

So maybe I'll just go with a different strut (Koni's probably).

shocks, and I doubt it.

Iluminia's are right up there with koni. IF you get the koni's, get the Sports. THey have an adjustable perch height and it could help get you the drop you are looking for.
