2006 RTL - I was in a small fender bender. How do I get the old one off and install a new one? This isn't in my shop manual somehow.

You'll have to take the inner fenders, splash guard, and bumper off to get to that front bolt. They're held on with a bunch of plastic body clips and a couple of bolts. To get to those back bolts you'll probably need a ratcheting wrench that takes sockets (like a Gearwrench). Also, pick up a box or two of those body clips at the parts store as you're likely to break some taking them off.
