As of tomorrow I'll have a spare DX tranny, since I'm putting in an Si/ZC hybrid tranny. Anyone have an idea of about how much I can get out of the DX one? It's in great condition, with no synchros going out, and no grinding. Thanks.

Uh bro... DX's only came in 5 speeds... the STD tranny was a 4 speed...

If the tranny doesn't grind, the most you would get is probably around 100, but usually around 50-75...

 

I dont know who would actually pay for a dx tranny. I know shops that toss them in the trash after a day of swaps. I guess maybe you could sell it on ebay....just checked http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=1869570588 Wants 100.00+shipping for a complete d15 w/ecu. I think you would be better off donating it to the scrap yard.
