Honestly, the best way to do the cluster is to buy the JDM unit. Everything else looks like a "home-job". The clock however is easily converted with a cool little kit that one of our members offers for a very low price. (Mt3c) The climate control can be converted using the little nipples from Honda, from the 99-00 Si.

But anyways, that is correct, the Amber covers off the bulbs from a 99-00 Si work perfectly.

92-95 civic
is five 24 NA size bulbs (only the brown tabs on the bak of the cluster need to be removed)
96-00 civic
is four 24 NA size bulbs and one 194 NA size ( only the four small brown tabs and one larger brown tab)
94-01 acura
is three 194 NA size bulbs (three brown tabs)
All black tabs on the back of the clusters are for the indicator lights, such as turn signals, fuel, brake....
All bulbs are on the back of the cluster, the only thing that needs to be done to gain access is remove the screws holding the gauge cluster in and remove the 3-4 wires connected into the cluster. Turn brown tabs left/right and pull out to gain access to the bulb.
