Default How should I seal this up? Or do I need to?

When I removed all of the sound tar out of my car, these holes were right underneath it all. There is four of them each on the floor pan like so. My question is do these need to be sealed up? I can look through them and you can see the ground. There not rusted or anything, was just wondering if they need to be plugged up, and if so, any insight as to how I should? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I kind of thought the same thing because it goes straight through and theres four of them. But none of mine had plastics pieces, at least I hope not lol Possible I scraped them off when taking off the tar. You got a pic of yours possibly BIGef?
