2005 Lancer Evolution - 27k miles!
Ive decided to go back to school so I would like to get rid of my evo. It's an 05, has 27,XXX original miles, which will slowly go up as its my dd. You will not find another Evo with this low of miles around here, and that isn't smebody elses major project. I see other Evo's for sale that are 100% built with tons of work, which just leads to futur problems ad reliability issues. Simple bolt ons makes this car fast yet still completely reliable. This cars a lot of fun and hard to find with such low miles. Here's a list of some of the mods and accessories.
-SSL package: factory hid's and infinity sound system with a sub, leather interior which is flawless
-Full 3" hks exhaust, 3" from o2 housing back to a resonator and then to the muffler, it is pretty loud but but not insane sounds amazing though, no cat. Still passes emissions as I did a few months ago.
-Synapse synchronic blow off valve
-Megan racing turbo manifold, wrapped
-Forced performance green hta73 turbo and fp oil feed line (Just under $2k)
-Apexi intake
-Greddy full auto turbo timer
-Competition stage 2 clutch and 11blb competition flywheel, 3k-ish miles on it and counting
-Buddy club full coilovers ($1700 new)
-Newer eagle gt tires, 80%+ left
-All new oem fluid in the rear diff and transfer case, redline in the trans
-Black housed headlights
The car hasn't seen winter in over 5 years. Doesn't burn oil or leak at all. Runs great, fun to drive, and gets lots of compliments. Body is 9/10 due to a blemish on the side of the rear bumper, not very noticeable unless you are close. The power steering rack also clicks sometimes if you are sitting still and shake the steering wheel, inner and outter tie rods are tight, so it's something internal of the rack. It's did it for the 5 years the previous owner owned it as well. Pictures don't do this car justice and it's obvious the amount of care it received and the low miles. The car kbb's at 24k in good condition, so I'm looking to get $23,000 since kbb is just a reference and it depends on the market. Come see the car in person and see how mint it is. Serious buyers only, you will not drive it without cash in hand but I can take you for a ride. Will entertin trades as well you just need to realize that if you have a $4000 Civic you will be expected to put almost $20k on top... Call or text me 414-418-5110, my names Scott. Thanks.

Not sure, it is on a stock map, although the afr is good and it runs great. Would need a tune to maximize the hp. Peek boost in 3rd is 24 psi, pretty close to stock which creeps down from 22.
Also I realize my price may be high, I am flexible, but at the same time, 90% of evo's for sale right now have 2-3 times more miles than mine. 60k+ miles on an evo means that's a lot of abuse for a long time. You won't find another with under 30k for sale.

I have no reason to have to drop my price down, I don't think my price is steep in the lest bit. If your budget for an Evo is like 18k then you can go buy a 100k mile one... Evo's retain their value insanely well and low miles is quite the attraction for many people. The car may be spoken for though, have someone that should be working out the financial end with his bank tomorrow to see if it'll work out.
