Swap For A Crv ! Need Help Advice
Okay heres the deal im getting ready to purchase a crv. With a bad cylinder #4. What are some of the common issues on why could this be happening owner told me they changed the timing belt and water pump. can i just swap heads, or just swap it out with a jdm b20. And if i swap it out what are some modifications i would have to do since its jdm motor. As far as ecu, wiring. Any advice would help thank you very much !
Probably a faulty valve. You can swap just the head, upgrade to a vtec head while you're at it if you want. There's some more stuff you'd need to complete it. You can also do a full motor swap. There are a few wiring issues though as they don't have a few of the sensors that we have. I'm half a sleep at the moment so I can't remember what sensor it was, but it's like a knock sensor.
