Icon2 EX vs DX/LX SEDAN SPRING RATES? Different part numbers

Sister has an 07 EX coupe and hates the firm ride, found out the coupes have stiffer shocks and higher spring rates (duh). But I noticed the DX/LX have their own part number for the springs and EX and GX are different. (front and rear) Would EX be firmer because of the added weight of the car or softer because it's the highest non-sport model? Struts are all the same except on GX, other difference is the strut housing assembly is different on the EX, GX, weird.
