Default Transmission or Clutch?

Ok, I'm having some issues with what I would assume is either my clutch or transmission.

I replaced the transmission about 3k miles ago and put in a clutch from autozone when I did that. About a month ago I was changing my suspension and noticed the boots on both axles were torn, so I changed the passenger side axle and drove around with the drivers side like torn. 2 days ago I changed the drivers side axle and put my coilovers on. Before I changed the axles I was getting a little bit of chatter when engaging the clutch, I just thought it was a crappy clutch and would live with it for the time being. Now after having the axles in for 2 days I got it all washed up and went to get gas. I was going down my street and had to stop, when I got going again there was the chatter, but also a sort of vibration...

Does anybody know what this could be or can anybody confirm the crappy clutch could be the cluprit?

make sure your motor mount bolts havne't loosened. that could cause it to jump around also.

Those Auto Zone cheap parts always end up costing more money in the long run.
