Alright, I dont know if this is the right thread but I just wanted to show you my progress with my build so far. I went a different route with this build. Took an f22b1 for fun and rebuilt it from top to bottom. so heres some pics.


**** I have a question for you all if you can answer I found this part and I don't remember where it goes... Had it with all the timing parts, but don't seem to need it haha..

That covers one of the balance shaft seals, make sure you have that installed.

 

There is only one balance shaft, but yes, that goes over the balance shaft seal. They had a problem with these seals popping out and if that happens you have a huge oil leak.

If you hold it over the seal you'll see where the bolt hole lines up with a bolt that is already there. Take out the bolt and use it to hold that retainer in place.
