Been having some problems with my accord. Over the past several months the car has: 1)Thrown code p0401: Insufficient EGR Flow 2)TCS and Triangle permanently illuminated 3)Failed emissions 4)CEL light blinks, car runs roughly. My research seems to indicate that accord have problems with the egr ports in the block being completely blocked. I have taken the upper intake manifold off and the ports seem clear as far as I can tell. I know very little about the EGR system and the haynes manual has not been helpful. Is it possible that the egr valve needs to be replaced. I am just back from Iraq and I recall my dad taking the thing to emissions and the car throwing codes, something about a evap solenoid. Is this a possiblility? Any help would be appreciated.
