Default Honda Civic EK Spring rates

I have a b18 swapped into my ek, looking to get it lowered an inch or two from stock using koni/gc setup. My question is what spring rates should I go with for the front and rear to maintain a comfortable ride, not bottom out, and be able to whip it around corners ?

Hey thanks, I just didn't see any info specifically regarding an ek with the heavier b18 in it. Looks like they recommend 350f/250r as the softest for moderate drops. Probably go with 375f/325r? I've heard the rear end makes the ride quality.

How much heavier do you think a B18 actually is? Hint. Not all that much to worry about spring rates.
If you're not doing anything but daily driving those springs should be more than adequate.

B engines really don't weight that much more then D's. In fact if you removed AC/PS you are going to be quite close.

How low are you planing to go?
Do you have sway bars?
Also, most importanly, what kind of tires do you have?

Ok, just don't want my brand new header bottoming out on a steep driveway or something. Just planning on closing off the gap a bit maybe two inches in the front and one in the back, no sway bars, and my tires are almost bald so I'll be replacing them along with the suspension. Is there a brand of tire you recommend?

Not sure if double posting is allowed so sorry if I offend anyone by posting again, as far as the sway bars go would you still recommend them if I'm only going to be doing drag and a little bit of fast turning occasionally? I want the car to feel solid through fast turns but I'm not planning on doing auto x or anything seriously competitive as far as the suspension is concerned.
