Default EH Civic Sub Brace Wheel Break Traction?

Earlier today I installed a Megan front subframe H brace on my EH3. It helped to stiffen the front chassis with other help from a 3 point Ultra Racing front tower brace, DC stock front sway bar w/ stock DC lower tie brace, and 650 rate front AMR coils dropped 1&1/2 from stock running 14.5 HX rims.

Would some one please explain to me why my front wheels breaking traction when I'm doing a left or right turn around a city corner and can that be compensated by tuning the suspension?

The "chirp" didn't happen until the H brace.

The braces should not be an issue. I have an H-brace from NRG and have no such issues.

I'm almost assuming the whole setup had made a brick of my front end and there isn't much movement in the control arms or springs which brings up the tire slightly as the car rolls .

So you don't think the new swaybar has anything to do with that? Hmmm.
