I just did a B-series swap into my 97 ek civic, I went to pull it out of the garage. I put it into 1st gear and it started to move but it sounded like it popped out of gear, so I tried to put it back into gear and the car wouldn't move. The speedo works when its in gear, so im thinking its not the trans, but some where in the drivetrain such as the diff or the cv joints.

any one have a clue?
any advice will be much appreciated.

 

Axle popped out or it broken

 

if the speedo moves its spinning the diff. look at axles first.
