Default H22 timing belt Q:

Hey all, changing the timing belt on my JDM H22.. I got the USDM 97 H22 belt, but I found out my motor is a 95, so its a 96 model year.. the #'s on the belt are like P13-004 on the CAR, and on the part they are P13-014... Are they the same length? I need to get this on, but it seems REALLY tight, even with the auto tensioner off.... Any help would be GREAT. thanks!!!

Please?
Also, what do you guys do about the autotensioner thing you have to re-coil, then reinstall? How do you hold it still when installing it??
