Default FS: BRAND NEW LS/VTEC LONGBLOCK. MUST SEE!!

Please read the ENTIRE POST before contacting me, thank you.

I built this motor over the summer for a customer who got into some medical/financial trouble and had to throw in the towel on his project. I'm tired of sitting on this thing, I just want to get it sold and make back the personal money I have into it. All Parts, gaskets, and seals listed are BRAND NEW OEM HONDA. This literally is a brand new motor, it has never been run and isn't even broken in yet.

BLOCK
B18b Block Honed & Resurfaced
Micro polished Crank
Shot peened rods resized/honed for ARP rod bolts
Clevite Main/Rod bearings
81mm ITR Pistons/Rings
ITR Oil Pump
ITR Water Pump
New thermostat
New timing belt/tensioner
New rear main seal, oil pan gasket, waterpipe o-rings, and every other gasket/seal

HEAD
GSR Head hot tanked, glass beaded and resurfaced
GSR valvesprings/cams/valves*
Brian Crower chromoly retainers
Golden Eagle VTEC conversion kit
New valve seals
New cam seals/cam plug
Honda headgasket
APR Headstuds
Includes bare ITR cover (ready for paint)

Unfortunately before the guy I built it for gave up on the project he tried to cut costs back and insisted I get the finish the motor as cheaply as possible. Due to this, I was forced to re-use the stock valves. They are all straight, they were lapped in, and they all seal well. But they do have a little carbon buildup and don't have the 3 angle valve job I usually like to do on these motors. That is literally the only corner that was cut on this project, everything else was done to my standards, which are very high.

Looking at the engine, you can tell you're looking at someone's unfinished project as its still missing a few finishing touches.
-The valve cover is all stripped and ready for paint/powder, but currently is bare metal.
-Currently no valve cover gasket/hardware/grommets
-Does NOT include manifolds
-Does NOT include distributor
-Needs OBD2 lower timing cover to accommodate ITR oil pump
*All of these are easily taken care of, I just don't want to invest any more of my own money into this motor without a buyer.

I am asking $3000 but feel free to make an offer. I have receipts for parts and including my labor the bill for the original customer was just under $4100. Please remember this a brand new motor built with OE parts, not some high mile swap just yanked out of a car. I have been as thorough as possible, so please to don't contact with questions that were addressed in the post. I am located in Racine, WI. Serious buyers can contact me via call/text at 262.902.9750 or email me at nathanfolks@gmail.com

It looks like I only have a few pictures on my computer. The customer has a lot more that I took of the build's progression. I will try to get those from him and post them up ASAP.

UP!!

Also here's some pictures I found of the pistons/rods prior to assembly. Shot peened LS rods, ARP rods bolts, ITR pistons.

Why is there not more interest in this thing?
