95 honda civic throttle problem

Icon2 95 honda civic throttle problem

i have a 95 honda civic dx 1.5L i have aftermarket headers, coil, cap, rotor, aluminum radiator, new fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, filter, cold air intake, new iacv, new timing belt with tensioner. timing is dead on i have spark and i have fuel pressure but at normal operating temp when i push the throttle it take about 10 seconds for the car to actually start reving up. any idea's? i need help. please

Check your ignition timing, as well as your fuel pressure.

Fuel pressure is good idk bout ignition timing

"Good"? How did you test it? What was the reading?

If you don't know about your ignition timing, check it.
