Default leak between stock FPR and AEM fuel rail?

just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem.

already replaced the o-ring on fuel pressure regulator, still shoot's gas out between it and the AEM fuel rail. is there a design flaw in the rail or is the regulator not sitting flush with the fuel rail?

Did you even read the OP, or the thread title? He's using the stock FPR on the AEM fuel rail.

You can't use Teflon tape on a fuel system. Petroleum products eat through it.

OP, get a true straight edge, and make sure that the contact surfaces on both the FPR as well as the rail are smooth and even. If they aren't, it's time to either replace something, or whip out the Dremel.

Then your fitting is fine without the teflon tape I've seen it literally dozens of times, on both my own car as well as cars belonging to friends. I made the mistake of using Teflon on my oil feed and return lines for my turbo - they were a goopy, eaten away mess after less than a month.
