Icon2 Need help with a tranny swap

I have a 2000 Honda accord ex v6 auto. So it has a j30a1 motor in it. I was wanting to do a tranny swap with a Acura CL 6spd and those have a j32. Would that work or not? I would see no problem with it but I want additional information on it so I don't go out and waste my money on something that doesn't work. Can anyone help?

Aside from the Auto to Manual conversion, the tranny will bolt to the engine yes.
