was looking at pics of the jtc customs shifter for the 5th gen prelude and had a question. theres 2 height adjustments one buy the **** and one buy the lower shaft.

what is the difference or is there one between making it shorter near the top or near the bottom?

 

one is for the height the other is for the throw.

i dont realy understand the prelude shifters there not just a stick and one bolt like the civics there hooked in more than one spot and its weird dont know how to explain it.
