whats good everyone well today i just about finish my 97 honda civic project an when i went to turn the key i notice my cel light dosnt turn on soo i check the buld an replace it with a new one an still noting at all any idears on how can i fix this

 

1 - What vehicle?

2 - Is this a stock ECU?

3 - Check for continuity between the CEL output at the ECU and the socket in the cluster.

 

my faut its a 97 honda civic with a stock ecu an i have a jumper harness aswell cuz i have a h22 swap the other ecu is a p 28 with s300

Is fuse 25 blown?

 

none of the fuse blown at all

an axatax i dont have a meter is there any other way to check for continuity
