whats up guys. i have this problem here with my 91 accord. i have codes 15- ignition output signal error and code 43- fuel supply system. need hel trouble shooting these. can anyone help?

also i did cap and rotor with plugs and wires a few months back, she fires right up and runs great doesnt hesitate or miss just these codes keep coming back.

 

CODE 15 COULD BE A FAULTY IGNITER

 

Slight chance it could be a loose timing belt for the code 15. I would recommend a used distributor because it could be a bad coil, ignitor or a pickup inside the dist. Code 43 might be an bad O2 sensor or anything else that affects the air fuel mixture
