Icon6 cb7 f22a4+h22a head =.......

so i caught wind of a thread on here about the f22b with a h22 or h23 head and i was curious if anyone else did this besides the guy? also i have the f22a4 so which head to i go with the h22 or the h23 does anyone have some what of a parts list and maybe even a how to guide? or even a little write up just something to help me out? this is going to be on a BUDGET cause well this economy BLOWS!!! but anyway so if anyone has any more info that would be awesome maybe even some pictures I LIKE PICTURES lmfao

both heads will lower compression. ditch the f22b block and get f23. your f22a4 head will bolt up. any k20 pistons will fit giving you a high compression. send off your cam to delta for 100 and it will be a beast. i know because i built one for under 1000 using junkyard parts. look at my build thread in my sig. best bang for buck.
