Head Bolts?
D15 B2. 90 CRX DX. My new head gasket has a small leak into the cooling system (air Bubbles) The car has a new Fel Pro gasket and bolts. Does the rockers need to come off to retorque the head? Or can all the bolts be accessed? Thanks.
