Clean Title car with over 200k on the body. I swapped in a 1995 GSR engine which has about 50k miles now from Hmotorsonline. It also has a cable to Hydro transmission conversion with a Civic Type R transmission with a LSD(Limited Slip Differential) from Hmotorsonline. Exedy Stage 2 clutch with an ACT 12lb. Flywheel. Brand New Innovative Motor mounts all around. Brand New battery. Engine is otherwise bone stock. Koni Yellow shocks with Ground Control Coilovers and Drag brand Wheel. Brand New Falken Tires all around. Interior and trunk are 9.5/10 condition. I have owned this car for the past 7 Years and am now getting rid of it because I just bought 2 new cars.

Cons to the car is that the roof and hood are faded/fading. and there is paint peel on the passenger side rear quarter panel. Few dings here and there and a dent. passenger side window does not roll down from the drivers window control. I also removed the Entire A/C system, but I do have everything still incase the new owner decides to reinstall everything.
