1995 Accord 2.2L non-VTEC

Starts fine, runs fine until warmed up. Then at idle, stumbles bad, almost dying. On the highway, if I'm going 60 and hit the gas, it stutters, like it's being starved? I pulled the air filter out and that made no difference, still stuttered with max air. At red lights, I have to brake with left foot, shift into neutral and keep RPM up around 2,000.

So far I have, replaced plugs and rotor. Removed and cleaned the IAC and the EGR. Distributor cap and wires are only a couple years old and coolant and it's level seem fine? Checked the OHM of the wires today and all were in spec.

Any ideas? Is it fuel or ignition? I can't figure it out.

What part of the egr did you clean?

 

I unbolted it, took it off and turned it upside down. Cleaned the carbon buildup with carb cleaner and a tooth brush. I didn't manually push on the valve.

 

So you didn't clean the egr ports/chamber......I'd start there.
