just picked up a turbo Kit.
flame on!!! I just picked up a used turbo kit. The brand is XSpower. Yes I know its a CHeap brand or "ebay" brand.. but a little info about my car
bone stock 95 LS.
not looking to go ***** out. anyway..
On the Turbo where the Downpipe would connect theres a little piece of Tube welded there, Covered the bolt holes etc.
what would be the easiest way to get a flange or something on there, so I can atleast use the turbo? without having to buy another

Simple... you'll install it, drive the car and it will blow up and set fire to the car with you in it. You'll end up spending way more fixing the poor car than you did on the kit. Now do your mathematics and work out a approximate lose so you can prepare yourself.

obviously, I'm not going to install THAT turbo.
That's why I came here for Help. and answers.
and Honestly. I traded a 1st gen XBOX 360.
for the complete Kit, Intercooler, Piping. 3 turbo manifolds. 2 stainless. One Cast. Greddy Bov. 2 wastegates. oil Feed/return lines.
and I paid $80 for the xbox.
so I feel like Its a good deal, Even if I have to get another Turbo and have a DP made.

that turbo is toast dawg, im sure as to what has happen to it. i wouldnt use it even if it was free. the manifold you have looks nice, but has some flaws. the weld points arent that strong. how do i know this? my neighbor has the same one and where the wastegate is mounted is where the crack was found.

theres plenty of kids who try to go turbo the cheap way and they all think their kit isnt going to take a **** or blow up. Truth is, your going to spend more money replacing parts that fail and/or risk blowing the engine.
If these cheap china made parts worked so well, we all would be using them. But were not for a reason and its not for the bling factor.

those manifolds crack, the wastegate flange falls off, normally with your wastegate... i've seen the turbo flange break off and drop the turbo off the car..
turbos are ****, bearings fail, housings break, seals leak, wheels fail...
and that turbo you posted pics of is a little 42 trim straight t3.... you'd be lucky to get 200hp out of it.
you gotta pay to play and you've just wasted money on **** you shouldn't use
