Default Engagement and creep problem

Hey guys, one of my buddy's is having a engagement as creeping problem with his 01 ep3.
I'm going to start off by saying I have not looked at what could be wrong or touched the car.
When he puts it in first (clutch fully engaged) its hard to put it in gear and when it is in gear it creeps like an automatic with your foot off the brake.
He told me he bled the clutch. I'm thinking he didn't bleed it good enough or the throw out bearing is toast.
Any help is appreciated.

I had this very issue in my 02.
Turned out to be the clutch master.
However there where no leaks so it was semi hard to diag at first.
If the system is bled out properly I would look to the CMC first.
