Default Torque spec

Im currently doing full service on my EK, it has a d16y8 and wanted to know if anyone knows the torque spec of valve cover bolts. Thanks.

Don't crank down the valve cover nuts, a quarter turn past "snug" will do just fine. If you're OCD about torque specs, i believe it's 7lb-ft or something similarly low.

I always just snug them with a 3/8" ratchet. I've had to drill out broken studs, it's not fun
