First and foremost, check and adjust the transaxle fluid level, adjust if required, and check for leaks under the car. I've had two of these bust coolers and spit ATF into the radiator. Both of them were saved, slipped all the way into my shop.
The P0721 is for an output speed sensor on the transaxle. It is a range/performance code, generally meaning the sensor is emitting garbage or weak signal on the line that the PCM cannot clean up/interpret. It can be from poor connections, a shorted/shorting sensor, incorrect tone ring gap inside the transaxle, incorrect reference voltage. The first two are most likely.
The TCC code unfortunately is a mechanical malfunction, The converter clutch is either not engaging or is slipping enough for the computer to notice. A mechanically stuck closed TCC solenoid can cause this, a blocked oil passage for the TCC circuit, insufficient oil flow/pressure for TCC operation.
I myself are unaware of any TSB's relating to this at the moment, but given the volume of speed sensor complaints in here in just a few days time has me thinking there is.

thanks for the info check fluid and looks good does not smell burnt.
also the trans cooler blew out a few weeks ago car has was driven but once it starting to act up got it towed home....got a radiator from autozone and changed it put oem atf and ran fine up ontill yesturday..
those two codes popped up and if drivin or revved up i noticed a a supercharger like whine while rpms go up...
Would it be a good idea to take to trans shop and have the take a look/fix it?
