Default Car wont start hondata problems think please help

About a week ago I was driving my 96 gsr turbo charged. With hondata stage 2b. And it was about 2 in the morning and all of lights started to go dim. Alternator problems. My car eventually cut off from loss of power. I finally got it home and I let it sit for a few days then I had to move the car up the driveway . I put jumper cables on the car and it started fine and I drove up the driveway. I then let it sit for about a week and i did a quik fix for the alternator (bad connection).I tryed to start the car again last night and again tonight and it doesn't wont to start.what the ****. I'm so pissed of cause I put sooooo much money into the car and it doesnt even want to start. Please help if you have any IDEAS. thanx

oh yeah is it possible that the hondata lost its program?

Damn dude, chill out. Either your battery or alternator is having a problem. You can take your battery out and take it to autozone or pep boys and they can check it for you and tell you if its bad. If it is, there ya go, if not, take the alternator to them and they can check that for you as well.

I hooked up jumper cables to the car so it should start. The alternator has nothing to do with it, all it does is keep the charge. The car trys to start but will not fire.

Sometimes the car will start but very rough idle. fuel pressure showing 60 psi. If i let go of the gas pedal car cut's off. It also seems like I might have a vacumm leak. the car was reving. But the wierd thing is that I didnt have any of these promblems before.

This is not anything to do with Hondata. A Honda ECU will start a car in limp home mode if the chip or even if the main microprocessor is removed.

Check Spark and fuel.
Check current drain from the battery with the key off.

How do I go about checking the fuel? I have recently put rc550's in. I smell gas when it is trying to start. the fuel presure is at 60psi. And also how do I check the drain from the battery? Multimeter

This might be a dumb question, but you have a resistor box with those 550's right?

You have 60 psi of fuel pressure at idle with 550cc injectors? I may be wrong but that seems too high. My car runs rich at 45 psi(removing vacuum line from regulator) and 220cc injectors!
