Seriously tho, most parts are common with a 90-91 teg. The ratios are different, but everything else is the same, based purely on my professional assumtion.

mine is fucked
change to every gears like crunches
getting it rebuilt with new synchros and bearings for NZ$500 roughly US$250ish

Unless someone has the right answer as for what parts to use.....you are going to look for another one....

man u have to use JDM internals. USDM synchr wont work for some reason (i have yet to try)

I believe you can still have those parts in Japan.
Someone here(He's from Yokohama...?)has given the opportunity for those that wanted parts for their JDM trans.

I just wish we will have the opportunity again!!!When he made it happen,I was broke since I losted my job.

But now,I wish someone from Japan could send me all syncro for a J1....
