Icon2 D15B spun rod bearing? ticking to knocking.. newbie

Hi, I have a 99 civic ex, had a motor swap to D15B before i bought it, but i recently think i spun a rod bearing. It started out as a tick, then progressed to get worst to a knocking. So I tripped my mileage and from when it started, till now it wont even stay running was 220 miles.

So now it sits, before this; the 4th spark plug was flooded with oil, from left to right only the 4th one was?

Im not sure what to do here, and this is why..

Interior/Exterior of car goes both ways, new windshield, front brakes and rotors done, has nice AEM intake, full exhaust, GSR wing, only 160xxx on car, bought it with 142xxx, no rust at all.

I want build from ground up, but is it worth it? my budget is weekly, so this would be over the winter type of thing.. if so, where should i start.

I have images I can post as well coming soon.

When you spin a bearing, stop driving. Immediately if you want to save the engine.
