Are the valves on an h23a vtec adjustable?

Yes you can adjust the valves.

Thank you also Sorry for all the H23 vtec threads I just can't get everything right and running did timing and now I hear a knock everything is tdc but I did mess with ignition timing and running obd2b pcb ecu
