im havin issues with my itr just put in new starter,checkin all my grounds and still when i have to starty it i have to turn my key couple times for it to start up it just makes a clicking noise like if it aint getttin a good spark on the start up!! idk what else to check... please help out with suggestion new to the honda world trying to learn as i go

 

check your vtec solenoid fluid, when it gets dirty it can cause the issues you have

 

check the wiring. the little slide on spade connector is suspect make sure it's not loose. another thing i have seen cause weirdness are new flywheels. and or shitty reman starters. the gears don't mesh quite right and you hear clicking but no starting. sometimes you can rock the car in gear and try to start it again and succeed.

reman starters for the most part suck. they aren't correct for the itr and god knows what happened to them before the reman company threw in new brushes.

 

Make sure you battier is not dead or low.
