Hey guys my civic is misfirering runing like crap I replaced the plugs wire distrbutor cap and rotor and still won't run right any ideas?

 

Post the CEL codes. What car?

 

Is there oil inside the distributor,one of my customer's did that when the internal seal started leaking inside the distributor,she would run fine after i cleaned the oil out with break clean and then start again after a couple days.Now when mine did that it was a bad fuel injector.Is it one cylinder missing or more,and i do agree with getting the cel checked.

 

1996 civic ex d16y7 misfire #2,4 then random misfire I have not checked if there's oil on it but number 4 isn't getting any spark cuz there is gas on the plug still when I checked the plug

 

Test the coil and double check the rotor installation.

 

How would I test the coil?
