Car started to click and not start, thought it was ground, because I could move the ground post and it would start up. So I tightened the ground post, and never could get it to start after.

Batt checked out, so I pulled starter and made a circuit to start it:


There was once where the gear turned, and it was strong, when it did. So, I'm left without any clue.

 

start by cleaning the hell out of your battery connectors.

 

Replace the starter. What car?
