"The theme of my build, even since the last iteration, was to build a car that would be equally at home on a racetrack (if I ever felt the desire to start breaking things), on the street, or at the shows. A JGTC car for the street – a race car that looks like show car. Everything on the car is completely functional. It is driven on weekends and is registered, emissions exempt, and 100% legal for Maryland road-use. "

Here was the car before this..

So true about the car never seeing a track. It's wierd. I've had so many cars over the years. I've done builds that range from just slightly better than stock to all out mid 10 sec street / strip cars. But the fact is.....I drove them to the track all the time. Every weds. night. T&T. I was always there. Now fast forward a few years. I've built this 900-1000whp 1st gen that should be able to run in the 8 second range once it hits the track. Yet I still have not had it to the track.

The whole premise of the car is flawed
How does dude know the car would be "at home" on the racetrack... w/o ever having taken it there and seeing what about it needed to be "fixed"
Not to mention a stock WRX is pretty "at home" on a racetrack... people who actually race don't give a **** about paint or fancy blingy parts lol
Car is ncie but the premise is a joke

Why does everyone have to be a poser? Are all the hard parkers' posers because they all have track inspired parts? If so a lot of people need to stop talking, because typically you don't throw stones when you live in a glass house. Damn fellas.
