hey guys im replacing my clutch this week in my 1991 ef hatch si, about a month ago i swapped in a full motor/trans from a 1991 acura integra rs. My friend rolled his 99 si (canadian sir) with the b16 trans. Hes offered to sell me his b16 trans (with a broken case) so i can use the gearing out of it in my ls trans, but will it work? Obviously i have to put a hyrdo clutch disc in to match the input spline from the b16 gearsets, but will everything else fit up and be useable in the trans? thanks for the help!

Right and wrong.

No, you cannot put hydro gears in a 90-91 trans. Yes, you can put hydro gears in the 92-93 ys1 cases.
