Icon2 OBD0-OBD1

prolly a question but i know there is a difference between obd0 and obd1 and i bought this B18b1 from some dude and a head from another and i also got a another block (cant remember what it is, but i know its a b18) mainly what im looking for is what plugs are different? which are added or subtracted between obd0 and obd1? i got an obd1 car and trying to figure out what i got how much work this is gonna take all that o and i think my buddy said b18b1 is a OBD2 motor (Block and head, both) which i think added the knock sensor, been a while since i asked him so i may be wrong about the exact sensor but i believe that he said it was that one. and im going to add a couple ..... at the end to compensate for the ENTIRE post not having but a few. Thanks guys.
Like i said might be a kinda question

B18B is OBD1 or OBD2. You need to figure out what head and block you have before we can answer your questions. No B18B motor came with a knock sensor. Where are you getting OBD0 from?

The head doesn't really change anything when concerning if it's OBD0-1-2. The things that concern OBDs is the intake manifolds and their related sensors (including injectors), distributor, and alternator. So post a pic of those items and we can tell you.
