Need help with JDM B18B in 95 civic SI USDM
Hello, I am brand new to this site so sorry for any dumb remarks or anything I have to say!
Anyway, I purchased a 95 civic Si which is left hand drive.. It has a JDM B18B; I do not know the transmission, probably a Y80/S80. I am looking to purchase a new clutch kit. My clutch isn't disengaging, or not wanting to go into gear or slipping out, well I think one of the clutch plates are slipping cause it isn't as smooth when I like to put it into first and just smoothly let the clutch out and roll.
The other day, my clutch pedal felt no pressure, but I topped up my clutch master cylinder reservoir and pumped it and its back to normal ( I know I should bleed it but w.e it wasn't even that low, just needed like quarter bottle of brake fluid) Anyway, I'm not even sure if the transmission is jdm too, or USDM or how to even check. I'm not even if that even matters; I think ( I know I could be very wrong ) that the only difference between jdm and usdm manufacture are compression levels, which shouldn't effect clutch, right?
Nonetheless, I am here asking if I bought a clutch kit for 94-01 integra USDM, would it work on my build? Like, I don't think it should matter but I'd much rather buy a cheaper clutch kit than trying to buy a jdm one and blow waaayy more money.. All my buddies are saying it should fit cause they'll be the same, but some goofy lookin' guy at partsource argued with me and said it would not fit cause jdm and usdm are completely different despite they are the same engine, just not with a numerical stamp.

I'm pretty sure the transmission is jdm and was swapped with it. But, would a usdm tranny work with the jdm engine? Would a usdm clutch work with jdm engine or transmission? Is basically what I'm asking. I just want to replace clutch kit, making sure I buy the right one to do so.
Yes a USDM clutch will work. Order one for any '94 - '01 Integra. You can usually find Exedy clutch kits on ebay for a very reasonable price (make sure you pay close attention and it's a complete exedy kit though, sometimes it will be an exedy disc with a different brand pressure plate or vice versa) Also check you clutch hydraulics and replace whatever it is that's leaking.
Ok, thank you a lot! Gave me a lot of relief. And, is it possible I can be running a different B series transmission or is it strictly the y80 or s80? If so, where is the stamp so I can check anyway ( Lol I should just google that.) I'm sure you know your cars since you're ripping pieces out and stuff, but positive it would work? I don't doubt it, I think it will but someone told me, it should work, but sometimes jdm and usdm will have different sizes of input shafts.
But thank you for the quick reply and helping!

On the front of the transmission below the distributor.
Some cable transmissions have different input shaft sizes and use a different clutch depending on the year, it's a not a JDM/USDM thing though, it's a year to year thing.
Ok, sorry for all the questions but you are helping me a lot! What do you mean by hydro transmission? And ok, I will check my transmission stamp tomorrow morning and decide on a clutch afterwards most likely. And just to be sure, this is a cable clutch tranny, right? I tried finding the cable moving when someone is pumping it xD couldn't find it; I didn't look long though.
Edit: It's an S80.

Hydraulic clutch
No, it's a hydraulic clutch, you couldn't find the cable because there isn't one.
Definitely hydro.
