Default Car Remote

I think I just need to change my battery, but the remote for my car hasn't been working too well. Without the remote, by using the key to lock and unlock, will the alarm still turn on and off?

It won't turn on. Take a plug cover out of one of the plug near firewall above break booster. There should be two plugs but one is capped. That way, the car won't start and no one can steal your car. Cross your fingers for other parts tho.

I know this is probably a dumb question, but is there a flip key or all-in-one key I can setup so I don't have both the key and the separate alarm remote?

Also since I'm on this thread, my power window on my passenger side is terribly slow. Is there a way to adjust that or is that non-fixable?

I'm starting to think you are trying to steal a car.

You're in L.A?? Ok. I'm gonna go turn my sensor on max sensitivity on my car. Be right back.
