bought a set of 2 mugen wheels of an ht member.the wheels have been repaired previously inside the barrel and been repainted black.the repair in the barrel looks like a decent enough weld but the face of the rim has a hairline crack. i would like to get it repaired the correct way as i plan on running these as track wheels. i am contemplating stripping both wheels of all paint and having them powder coated flat black. one rim is in near mint condition - but i assume it would be easier to achieve uniformity if they both were resprayed or powder coated. looking for a shop that has skills in wheel repair and if they powder coat too all the better. sac to the bay would be helpful. ill post pics tomorrow.
